Paul Ellis

Marnix (Max) Groot, Publisher and Managing Editor of Momberger Airport Information, joined the team in November 2020 as Editor of the main Airport Development (DEV) newsletter module and he is also our Airport Data Research Consultant. Max has many years of experience as an airport advisor working on projects related to airport master planning, airport terminal planning, airport commercial planning, airport business planning, air service development, airport privatization, and organizational restructuring. In his previous career at IATA, he was the co-developer of the IATA Consulting airport commercial program. Max earned an MSc in economic geography, speaks five languages, including Mandarin Chinese, and worked in all corners of the world. Before joining IATA, he worked for Lufthansa Consulting, NACO Netherlands Airport Consultants, Royal Schiphol Group, Transavia Airlines, Dutch Air Traffic Control and KLM Cargo.


Martin Lamprecht

Martin Lamprecht joined Momberger Airport Information as North American Editor and Webmaster in 2002. He has a Master's degree with specialization in commercial air transportation from the University of Regina in Canada and several undergraduate degrees from Marburg University, Germany. Martin has worked at airlines and airports since 1984 in airline marketing and airport consultancy. As the previous publisher, he continues to support the team as an advisor.


Karin and Manfred

Momberger Airport Information was established in 1973 by Karin and Manfred Momberger, who have been associated with civil aviation and aviation publishing since 1966. Both have a diploma degree in Foreign Studies from Mainz University in Germany. They retired after almost half a century since launching this business.
